  The use of anti-wrinkle molds can increase the support of this area, so that the tube wall is evenly thickened after compression without wrinkles. However, after the wrinkles have been generated due to improper adjustment, the anti-wrinkle mold cannot eliminate wrinkles.

  The shape of the anti-wrinkle mold is very important. The groove through which the pipe slides should be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the pipe. The value can be 10% of the wall thickness. It should also be carefully polished to prevent the pipe from being scratched.

  When bending a thin-walled, large-diameter tube with a small bending radius, in order to avoid wrinkles, the following points should be noted:

  1 Reduce the resistance between the mandrel and the inner wall of the tube during bending. Before the tube is bent, the inner cavity is subjected to wet sandblasting.

  2 The machine tool and the spindle should have sufficient rigidity.

  The 3-core rod should be rigid enough to minimize the tremor and stretch produced by the rod.

  The radial clearance of the 4 core rod and the inner diameter of the tube should not be greater than 10% of the wall thickness.

  5 Clamping, stamping, mandrel, anti-wrinkle mold should be properly adjusted, especially the stamping pressure should be carefully selected and adjusted.

  Bending a large diameter tube and clamping the clamp is also a significant problem. This requires a straight section between the two bends of the tube, and the clamp is wider to increase the clamping force and ensure the smooth running. If the clamp is too narrow and there is not enough clamping force when bending, the pipe slips not to follow, making the bending impossible.

  6 Choose the right amount of lubricant.
